Systems leadership
Product Leadership & PLM
The clearest proof that I turn chaos into systems isn't a garment — it's the infrastructure the whole company runs on. When process breaks, I don't work around it. I rebuild it.
Head of PLM
I head PLM from the design side of the organization — I designed our custom BeProduct setup, from style creation workflows to tech pack handoff, built around how our teams actually work.
Internal apps, company-wide
I watch workflows, spot the time sinks, and build internal demo apps that give hours back each week. They've been adopted across departments company-wide — because they solve problems people actually have.
Four teams, one clock
Every season starts with the last one's data. I build the SKU plan from patterns in best sellers, costs, trends, and deliveries — then align Design, Product Design, Graphic, and CAD on a 24-week calendar — 22 weeks to market, plus a two-week buffer because factories run late. Fall '24 assortment adoption: 87%.
Commercial fluency
I sit in sales meetings, build seasonal merchandising plans, and translate account feedback into assortment strategy. Design leadership that speaks merchant.
